1. Tall socks with shorts.
These socks, often some athletic brand like Nike, travel half way up the calf and are almost always coupled with a pair of Vans or other sneakers. Oh yes, and shorts, displaying these unnecessarily long socks in all their glory. This fashion trend has become most popular in the jock community. In fact, even a quick google search of the phrase, “bro socks” will show all the many patterns these socks are now available in. Their humble beginnings had men only wearing them in black or white but now they can get them in purple, neon or even with marijuana leaves all over. Someone just stop the madness.
2. The workout tank top. Scratch that, all workout clothes when you’re not working out.
The tank top which has had the arm holes cut in a way making the whole sides of the body exposed and are prone to ‘nip slips’ -seriously nobody wants to see that, the baggy sweats, and the gym shorts are all appropriate apparel if one is working out. Lately, some men have been wearing these outfits as everyday clothes. It is understandable if they are on their way to the gym but do they really work out so much that they have to be ready for it at all times?
3. Baggy shorts
Some men in really need a talking to about shorts, especially about baggy shorts. These shorts fit at the waist but then balloon out to hang just over the knees. It is not a good look and these men would do well to wear a slimmer fitting pair.
