People read magazines and books or talk to others who may tell them that a food is healthy only to find out later that it really isn’t. These snacks don’t really reduce the amount of calories consumed because they contain plant-based margarines that are high in calories.
This snack doesn’t use real yogurt. It is made with a yogurt powder that is high in sugar.
Rice cakes are not high in nutrition.
The flours used to make these snacks contain the same amount of carbs as wheat.
Flavored frozen yogurt and plain frozen yogurt have pretty much the same amount of sugar.
