First thing first! let us take a look at the various daily habits that cause this chronic back pain :
-Driving for long periods of time

As you can see, this pose consists of bringing your left knee up diagonally to the right one. Stretch your hands above your head and bend forward. Hold that pose for few minutes then switch to the other side.
Lie on your stomach, your legs straight one next to the other and raise your upper body on your forehands. This pose helps you stretch and lengthen your lower back.
All you need is a towel to get this pose set. Lie on your back, bring your left knee into your chest while keeping the right stretched. Place a towel around the ball of your foot straightly. Hold this pose for few minutes than switch.
