Dubbed the "magic potion", this healthy green shake is meant to be consumed on an empty stomach for 5 days. Refrain from consuming it for the following 10 days.
-60 g of parsley.
-200 mL of water.
Couldn't be easier! Just chop the parsley into small bits, then squeeze the juice out of your lemon.
Put 200 ml of cold water to your blender and add the rest of your ingredients.
Blend alongside some crushed ice for an ice cold smoothie.
