Reasons for Stopping Milk
Milk being essential to bone health is just a myth. Why? We do know that calcium is mostly stored in the bones. However, drinking milk doesn't equal more calcium in the bones; rather the contrary. Milk leads to more loss of calcium in the bones. Stopping milk can actually help the body's pH in remaining neutralized, thus, more calcium absorption.
Afraid of osteoporosis? As recent studies have shown, people who consume less dairy products are less subject to bones diseases and fractures. The reason goes back as well to calcium intake!
Milk is no longer as fresh as it was offered years ago. Animals are subject to chemicals, hormones and antibiotics affecting the outcome. As such, milk and dairy products contain hormones and antibiotics leaving an effect on humans' health such as hormonal imbalance and nutrients intake.
Milk is one of the products that are hard to digest. Why? because it contains high level of lactose. When this type of sugar isn't digested properly, it causes gas and bloating.
