When kids you all had the "Forbidden
Food" list, right? You were supposed to eat your meal and leave the
dining table for adults. You all sworn not to do the same with your
children. Aren't you now? There are some food children mustn't eat. Here

Did you know that every 350ml of soft drinks like Cola, Pepsi,
Crush and others contains 10 teaspoons of sugar? Did you know that this
much sugar intake can lead to hypertension, obesity, bone diseases and
chronic illnesses in the future?
Although they're easy to heat, quick to consume and less trouble
preparing, prepacked meals are not that healthy. They contain high level
of sodium that increases the risk of having heart attacks and strokes
in the future.
