Anytime is a perfect time for eating chocolate but that’s especially true around Christmas
. Make your Christmas celebrations more fun by preparing your own festive chocolate.
250 g of cream cheese
200 g of chocolate
½ cup of ground hazelnuts
Candy eyes or white cream
Red round candy (like M&M’s)
Pretzels broken in half
Melt the chocolate and mix it well the cream cheese and ground hazelnuts.
Make chocolate balls and freeze them.
Poke holes in the balls and put the Pretzels sticks in.
Melt some more chocolate and put them on the back of the eyes and red candy.
Stick the eyes and candy on the truffles.
Alternatively you can use white cream to make the eyes.
