is almost here and it’s time to think hard about ways to make your Christmas dinner table very special and joyous. Try out these Christmas cookies
½ cup and 1 tablespoon of unsalted butter
10 ounce package of marshmallows (about 280 grams)
1.5 teaspoons of peppermint extract
2 teaspoons of green food coloring
1 cup of white chocolate chips
¼ cup of cinnamon candies
4 cups of toasted rice or corn flake cereal
Prepare baking sheet with wax paper. Butter wax paper and set aside.
Melt the butter over medium heat.
Add the marshmallows and stir until they melt.
Turn the heat to low. Add and mix peppermint extract and food coloring.
Add white chocolate chips and stir until they melt.
Add the rice or cereal and mix and all the flakes are coated.
Form wreath shapes with ¼ cup of the cereal mixture.
Lay them on wax paper.
Decorate the wreath with 3-6 cinnamon candy halves.
Let it cool down for an hour before serving it.
Store it in an airtight container. Separate using wax paper.
