If you close your eyes right now and listen carefully you will be bombarded with the different noises around you. You can hear your coworker typing on the keyboard and the photocopy machine making noise in the background. If you focus enough you will hear your own breath and the breathing of those surrounding you at this moment. Not to mention, all the traffic noise coming from outside, and if you’re lucky enough you will hear the birds.

In 2012 NASA was able to record “Chorus,” the Earthsong. According to NASA, “Chorus is an electromagnetic phenomenon caused by plasma waves in Earth's radiation belts.” It is made of radio waves oscillating at frequencies between 0 and 10 kHz.
