5 ounces fresh horseradish
8 inches root ginger
3 Tablespoons honey
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1. Mix ginger and horseradish in blender
2. Add lemon juice and blend another 3 minutes
3. Add honey and cinnamon and blend more.
4. Store in a glass jar, have 2 times a day before meals or exercise
5. Consume for 3 weeks then pause several days
