Choose One Thing
There might be a whole list of things you'd wish to change during that new year ahead. It doesn't work like this! Start by picking one aspect and work towards its achievement. Once done, choose another and so on. You can't run a marathon if you don't start jogging everyday! Short term goals are the steps you climb to reach the summit.
With every new goal, a set of problems comes along. You do know that, so try anticipating and figure out the solutions. When you plan your objectives and offer solutions to probable obstacles, you'll find yourself walking even faster towards achievement.
Make A Commitment
It's not easy to start any change; but if you don't commit to it, you'll never do it! Pick a start date and when it comes go ahead, jump. Don't let habits or fear stop you. Failure is just part of the process, because if you never fail you'll never grow stronger!
Change is never an easy goal. You are entitled a reward after your hard work. After reaching a goal, give yourself a break, go on vacation. Resolutions are part of the change, and you can choose how and when!
